"As a former property manager I really didn't want to hire out to paint/fix cracks and imperfections on a 20 year old home I purchased last year, as I used to do a lot of this work myself. But I'm retired now and don't do well on ladders like I used to and our home has high vaulted ceilings and sky lights that needed extra work as we as they were never properly painted/sealed by the original builder or previous homeowners.
That being said, I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and professional company.
Craig and his team were prompt, professional, clean and efficient. Their quality of work was top tier.
Communication was prompt and professional and they always showed up on time or early to accommodate my schedule.
They painted the ceilings of our entire first floor, fixing nail pops, cracks and gaps around skylights and attic access that were never filled when the home was built.
They also painted the walls of our primary bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and hallways and fixed multiple holes left by the previous owner.
My initial response to the bid was a bit of sticker shock, but Craig took the time to walk me through the issues that he found when he did his bid, and honestly, after seeing the quality and thorough nature of the work, I realize that, if anything, it could have been much higher.
It has been a few months since we had the work done, and I can say I am very happy with the quality of the paint used as the smell was minimal and dissipated in days. It cleans up well as we have had to clean some kitchen splatters and various scuffs since the work was completed.
